Standard Application

The Standard Application is completely free and has a processing time of about four weeks at each stage. All your queries via email or dashboard will be answered within 7 working days. If your record attempt is approved, you will receive a digital certificate free of cost. However, if you wish to purchase a printed Certificate Pack, a fee of 150 Singapore Dollars applies.

Fast Track Application

The Fast Track Application ensures quicker processing—usually within three working days. Processing time may vary depending on the nature of the record and expert verification. Once reviewed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with results. This mode requires a fee of 750 Singapore Dollars, after which you’ll get a Guidelines Pack containing all rules, your Record Identification Number, and details of the current record for your category.

If you previously applied under the Standard mode and wish to upgrade to Fast Review after submission, a fee of 500 Singapore Dollars applies. Upon payment, your evidence will be reviewed within five working days and results will be updated accordingly.

Fast Track applicants receive both Digital Certificate and Certificate Pack free of cost within 15 working days of record approval.
