India Book of Records values your trust and ensures transparency in all services. The following refund policies apply to record-related services.
If the adjudicator fails to attend your record event for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the adjudication service fee.
In cases where adjudication is not completed due to incompetence or faulty equipment, India Book of Records will conduct an internal review after a formal complaint. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.
No refunds will be issued if the applicant cancels, postpones, or fails to conduct the record attempt after payment.
If our Records Management Team does not respond or update your application status within 15 working days of submission, you are eligible for a full refund.
Once Fast Track or Fast Review services are selected, cancellations are not accepted, and refunds are not applicable for delays or cancellations caused by the applicant.
If an error or damage occurs in your certificate due to India Book of Records, a replacement will be issued free of cost. For errors caused by the applicant, a replacement fee applies.
Certificates are prepared and dispatched within 15 working days from order confirmation. Delays caused by courier or postal services are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds.
If delays exceed 15 working days from our end, the applicant is eligible for a full refund.
